The Ground Safety Branch manages ground operational safety, mishap recordkeeping, traffic, recreational and all other off-duty safety. Additionally, the branch establishes liaison with the operational forces’ safety managers for clarification and enforcement of Marine Corps safety orders. Finally, they provide management oversight of explosives safety programs, which are managed daily by MCSC, PM-AMMO.
