The Ground Safety Section manages ground and amphibious operational and training safety, provides oversight on all major ground safety mishap reports, conducts service-level mishap analysis to identify potential safety/mishap trends, and develops the Ground Warrior publication and other safety-related promotional products. Additionally, the branch establishes liaisons with the operational forces’ safety managers for clarification and enforcement of Marine Corps safety orders.
