Marines Take Care of Their Own

Safety & Occupational Health

The Marine Corps Safety & Occupational Health (SOH) program supports Marine Warriors and civilians in operational and off-duty readiness wherever they train, live and work. The SOH Branch applies professional knowledge, experience, risk management, trend analysis, and lessons learned to build policies that maximize Warrior and Resource Preservation.

Industrial Safety

Industrial Safety involves the protection of personnel through control of the work environment to reduce or eliminate hazards in operating methods and practices, and by communicating mishap-prevention information to all personnel.

Traffic Safety

Safety Division doesn't make drivers, we make drivers better...

It's SD's goal to provide the most current training available to the Marine Corps.  Private Motor Vehicle fatalaties are still a leading killer among Marines.  The goal of CMC Safety Division is to provide the best and most up to date drivers training.  Each installation has their own Traffic Safety Office where Marines can recieve training and information.
